1:25 Hi Jason.I seem to make much faster Progress when im eating at maintenance or a tiny bit above than when im in a large surplus.Im in a mid to late novice stage and now im improving rapidly after having stalled for several months.Im at about 20% bf.Could it be that my body is just very efficient at recomping? 4:49 Hey Jason, I've noticed in videos of myself squatting that my hips swing to the left quite considerably in the concentric part of the lift. I can't seem to correct it by adjusting my form and it only happens at around 65% of maximum or higher. I feel no pain and my squat numbers are going up. Should I be worried? If say I eat 2200 calories in the evening, carbs are probably 70% of calories, then train around noon the next day, lifting then cardio. Will those carbs still be readily usable by the time lifting at noon?
9:05 If I have a gym in my basement and I'm doing sets in between chores and other activities, sometimes the rest time between sets can be up to 10 minutes. Is that too long for maximum hypertrophy? I get roughly the same volume whether I do 3 min or 10 min rest time
