2-Ingrediant Chili: (1) Bake potato (2) Can chili
Makes 2 bowls.
I just discovered "canned chili" is actually good tasting, Try a few brands! turkey, meat, or vegatarian.
I hate microwaves but, on this, using microwave to cook potato: Poke it up / 4 min. ea side.
Top w/heated chili and corn.
Options: Corn ("U" take it off the cob for "Best Flavor" and add uncooked)
I add fresh corn to everything i eat.
( Can corn only when fresh not avail.)
Good brand of Cheddar chez
Dallop of sour cream.
To make it into a dip for Guests: omit potato and pour warm chili over refry-beans. Top w/lettuce and tomato chopped.
Sour cream on side or on top.
DAIRY can be omiited if not on your diet.
I am to cut out / cut down on dairy, so i usually do!
